– Due to the cost of processing returns, all items on sale are final sales.
– No cash or credit card returns.
– You are required to inform us before you return an item. After the item is shipped, you must then forward the shipping tracking number to us by email.
– An EXCHANGE will be honored within 7 days from the time you received your package if the item has not been worn or damaged in any way.
– You will ONLY be allowed to exchange the size of the swimsuit.
– Under no circumstance will an item be refundable. If an item is out of stock you will be issued a store credit.
– Any order canceled after payment was received, but before shipping is subject to a store credit.
– PLEASE HANDLE SWIMWEAR WITH GREAT CARE WHEN TRYING THEM ON. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED.

– Items must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains, and free of odor.
– Items must be accompanied by receipt, with the original tags attached, and hygienic liner in place.
– In the rare case where an item may be shipped with a hole or manufacturing defect, and we determine upon inspection that the hole or defect was our responsibility, then we reserve the right to authorize a reasonable repair of that hole or defect by a third party seamstress, and the burden will be on the customer to provide a reasonable and accurate receipt of that repair in order to be eligible for reimbursement for the repair.
